Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 394 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms form a legal agreement between you as user and 394 as the platform operator.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 394 platform. Continued use after any changes is deemed acceptance of the amended terms.
This platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above who are not restricted by local laws from accessing online gambling. Users bear full responsibility for ensuring their use complies with their local jurisdiction.
Account Creation & User Security
Each user is allowed to have only one (1) account on the 394 platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 394 may request identity verification documents at any time for account verification or legal compliance. Failure to provide requested documents may result in temporary suspension or closure of the account.
You are fully responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify 394 immediately via the provided customer support channels.
- Passwords must be kept confidential and not shared with anyone else.
- Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared devices.
- Do not reuse passwords from other platforms to avoid security risks.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
394 platform users agree not to engage in any activities that may compromise platform operations, other users’ security, or game integrity. Prohibited actions include:
- Using automated software, bots, or other technical methods to gain unfair advantage.
- Committing fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activities via the platform.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the 394 system.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions in ways that violate the stated terms.
- Sharing or selling your account to third parties.
- Making false claims or providing misleading information to 394 support.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and legal action if applicable. 394 reserves the right to assess each case individually at its sole discretion.
Payment & Transaction Information
All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the 394 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Available payment methods include bank transfers via FPX and approved local e-wallets. 394 is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment providers.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified by the payment service provider. 394 is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues on the bank’s or payment processor’s side.
Withdrawal requests will be processed according to 394’s current policies. Users may be required to provide identity verification before the first withdrawal or for withdrawals exceeding certain amounts. 394 reserves the right to delay or hold withdrawals if fraud or term violations are suspected.
Any winnings obtained through violation of the terms or suspected fraud are void and ineligible for claims. 394’s decisions on such matters are final.

Account Suspension or Closure Policy
394 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or close any user account without prior notice if terms are violated, suspicious activity is detected, or upon request of relevant authorities. If an account is closed for valid user reasons, eligible balances will be returned according to standard withdrawal procedures.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 394 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of 394 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish, or use any 394 content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The 394 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for user convenience. 394 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites and encourages users to review their terms and privacy policies separately.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Laws
394 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page. It is the user’s responsibility to check regularly to ensure compliance with the latest terms.
The date of the last update to these terms is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the 394 platform after any changes constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved by courts with jurisdiction in Malaysia, unless otherwise specified by 394.
If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable by the relevant court, that provision shall be considered deleted, while the rest of the terms remain fully effective.
